I am experienced product leader and coach who loves to inspire and empower teams to build learning products with purpose.
I’m building a new university as Chief Product Officer for The London Interdisciplinary School. Its mission is to empower individuals to tackle complex real-word problems.
I’m responsible for growing the portfolio of LIS' courses and programmes and ensuring we deliver a brilliant and innovate learning and teaching experience by making the most of technology.
I also coach a range of edTech startups and scale ups on developing a product mindset, defining new products and building inclusive product cultures.
These include OpenClassrooms, Microverse and Academy. I am faculty lead for Emerge Education’s Product-Market Fit Academy and also run a fellowship on Finding Product Market-Fit in EdTech.
Previously, I was Chief Product Officer and a member of the founding team at one of Europe’s leading EdTech companies, FutureLearn.
I was the architect of its product vision, grew the product, technology and design team from nothing to 75 diverse people including 50:50 gender balance.
I helped establish the platform as a household name with over 14m registered learners that attracted £50m investment from the SEEK Group, after initial seed rounds from the Open University.
Before FutureLearn, I spent many years creating and delivering innovative music, culture and education websites and apps for the BBC.
I’m passionate about online education, lifelong learning and products that put people and the planet first.
